Chef Rich Mancini planned, prepared and served a Small Plates menu for 25 guests in my home. He was responsive and helpful in our planning. The food prepared in my kitchen was plentiful and delicious! The servers he brought to assist and clean up were a great help. Our guests loved engaging with Rich as he cooked for us.
